Qualification for certification includes a 20-minute telehealth evaluation with review of your medical records and medications. If you are approved for certification, I will advise you on navigating Virginia's medical cannabis application process. Medical records and conditions remain confidential and HIPAA compliant on a secure platform.

How to Register for Virginia's Medical Cannabis Program:
Step 1: Evaluation by a medical provider who is licensed with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to provide cannabis consults and diagnosis of a condition that can benefit from medical cannabis.
Step 2: Visit the "Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP) Initial Applications" and pay a $50 fee to register for a patient medical cannabis card. Submit your state issued Certification for the Use of Cannabis Oil and a copy of your ID. Certification and medical cannabis card must be renewed annually.
Step 3: Initial pharmacist consultation at dispensary in person. After initial visit, products can be purchased online and delivered to your home. Present your certification, medical card, and photo ID for each purchase.
